Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Ventilation & Refrigeration Services

Very impressed with the responsiveness and commitment of the Olive Air team to investigate and fix a faulty air source heat pump. Would recommend.

I’ve worked with Tom and the team at Olive Air for many years now, and they’ve always been fantastic. They recently carried out our annual air conditioning service and, as always, everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The team are reliable, friendly, and really know their stuff. It’s great to work with people you can trust to just get on with the job and do it well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Olive Air to anyone—thanks again for your continued great service!

We have been using Olive Air for a number of years to service our Ground Source Heat Pump. The communication is the best with full email quotations, phonecalls, visits and aftercare. Thanks very much.

Delighted with my new air con system. Everything about the process was easy and brilliant. Proper customer care throughout. Thank you!

Olive Air, brilliant team effort, would only ever use this company for any work required on Air Heat Source Pump, they have fully trained heat source engineers, since we used this company we have had no more problems and Olive Air service our pump every year, and it has never worked better.

Very professional company with very helpful knowledgeable engineers that are trustworthy. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent service to repair our air con unit and a previous service. Responded and arranged the service quickly. The engineer attending was very professional, polite and did great work. Will be using again.

Following on from my initial review I need to add I have called them back as I wanted to purchase 2 more separate systems each at a separate time throughout the year, and they have now been fitted. What I like about these guys and girls is they will come out when they say they will. Crap weather or not, and do everything they can on service and warranty too. And this is just as important as someone who runs a business himself than price or even the first impression. Not many companies stand by their customers as well as Olive air does. Get it done, forget the weekend break, splash out and treat yourself. These as heaters too are absolutely awesome and for me, it's cheaper than my boiler which is another bonus!! Next is my prior review ####Olive air were a great choice! To be frank, When I need a service I research, choose one that looks trustworthy and then go with them whatever the quote is. And I was not wrong here. Great communications, thorough, speedy and full. The guys that's did the install, and the electrician they arranged for some extra work, were friendly. Professional but informal , I left my home in their hands and returned to find they were finishing up. Fitted in 1 day. Technical advice was great as I knew nothing about air con. It's transformed my room and I'm sure I'll have more rooms done soon. Anyone who is thinking about having air con don't- just get it done. After a hard day in blistering heat in construction, there's nothing better than a cool room to relax and sleep in. Bliss. Thank you guys and girls. Best Regards, John and May.ps, this is my 3rd install, sorry guys - I bet there's more next year hehehe.👍👍👍👍😁

Olive Air serviced our air source heat pump and did a high quality and very thorough job. Communications with their office and the engineer were a pleasure and I definitely highly recommend them. Thanks very much!
